If you are a new client at AJW Sports Therapy this is the first appointment you should have. During the initial consultation, you will go through a consultation and assessment to determine what course of treatment is best suited to you, your needs and your overall goals.

This session involves exercise and manual therapy techniques such as dry cupping and massage to target injury and dysfunction. The treatment will be based on your physical and mental health and your goals. In addition, you will be also provided with a specific exercise plan to help you on your way to recovery.
