*All appointments require a valid card to secure your reservation*
NO payment is required to book - 'reserve without paying'
-the card will NOT be charged unless an event of no show or late cancellation occurs
Policies:
Reschedule/Cancel- clients will have the ability to reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.
No Show/10+ minutes late- clients that do not show up to their appointment WILL be charged for their service in full
Once within 24 hours of the appointment, requests to cancel or reschedule WILL incur a fee of 50% of the service amount
Appointments canceled the day of the appointment will be deemed a 'no show' and charged accordingly
**NO Refunds. If payment is deemed in excess it will be applied as a credit to a future appointment
