1. 24- Hour Notice
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hour Notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment . This allows me to offer your time slot to the clients that may be waiting.
2.Grace Period
The grace period is 10 minutes for late arrivals . Life happens and we understand I will do my very best to accommodate you.
3. No Shows
Please send me a text or call as I know emergencies come up and things our sometimes out of our control please contact me so that I may reschedule your appointment to accommodate you the best way that I can.

3.Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule please contact through text or phone you may also reschedule your appointment online to a day and time that aligns with your schedule.
