Scheduling Instructions
1. Choose Your Session:
- Review the types of sessions offered and decide which one best suits your needs. Whether you’re looking for peer support, spiritual guidance, or a blend of both, select the session that feels right for you.
2. Book Your Appointment:
- Visit the Booking Page to view available dates and times. Select a time that works best for you and follow the prompts to secure your appointment.
3. Provide Your Details:
- Once you’ve selected your appointment, you’ll be asked to provide some basic information such as your name and email.
4. Confirm Your Booking:
- After providing your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment. Please check this email to ensure everything is correct. If you need to make any changes, follow the instructions in the email.
5. Prepare for Your Session:
- On the day of your session, find a quiet and comfortable space where you can focus and be fully present. If you’ve booked a video session, ensure your internet connection is stable and that you have a device with a working camera and microphone. For phone sessions, make sure you have a reliable phone connection and a quiet environment to talk.
6. Join Your Session:
- At the scheduled time, join the session through the link provided in your confirmation email (for video sessions) or be ready to receive a call at the agreed time (for phone sessions).
7. Rescheduling and Cancellation:
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment one time without penalty. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new payment will be required to book a new session.
