- **Minimum Cleaning Duration**: We require a minimum cleaning duration of 2 hours for all appointments.
- **Cancellation Policy**: For your convenience, appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge.
- **Payment Structure**: Please be aware that you must pay for the initial 2 hours of cleaning before services are rendered. The remaining hours, if applicable, will be paid once the cleaning services have been completed.
