This is a virtual visit for weight loss medications semaglutide and tirzepatide, customized nutrition plans, fitness guidance, and supplements. The visit is included with all of our weight loss plans, if you do not choose to participate in a weight loss plan after the visit, the consult fee is $150. Video visit will be over zoom or google meet depending on the provider. We can also discuss initial testing for comprehensive hormone assessment and provide follow up with our hormone expert, Zadi Gillman NP.
