***You are paying a deposit to hold your spot & will be applied towards your balance. Once all information has been cleared, an invoice will be sent with your final confirmation and all important instructions such as what you are required to bring.
- Deposit will be refunded if the appointment is canceled 24 hours prior.
- No refund for missed appointments and deposit will NOT roll over for a future deposit.
- Rescheduling your appointment BEFORE notary starting travel will roll your deposit over to the rescheduled day and time.
Your invoice will include the cost for each document you are having notarised as well as any additional fees such as:
- Service Fees: General and real estate document notarizations range from $25 to $250 based on the document type and complexity.
- Technology Fees: Remote Online Notarizations include a nominal fee to cover secure, digital processing for only $25.
- Convenience Fees: Additional travel, document preparation, and inspection fees may apply based on distance, property size, and service complexity.
- Printing Fees: $0.25 per page for any document printing required.
- After-Hours Fees: Any services requested outside of regular business hours will incur an additional after-hours fee.
