Giggle and Groove Dance Class

Prenatal Yoga

All trimesters are welcome to our prenatal yoga class. Expect to support the expansion your body is creating for baby, learn how to breathe to assist you in labor, and meet other moms to be. Modifications are always given and breaks to rest or snack are encouraged when needed. Please bring a mat and a blanket or other props you enjoy using. Class meets every Monday.

Sensory Art Experience

Sensory Theater Play Workshop

In this interactive 6 week series, kids (and their grownups!) will use their bodies, imaginations and senses to create theater magic. Through puppetry, movement, and sensory play, we will go on deep sea adventures as we explore the world of the ocean blue.
Think shadow puppet seascapes, bubble dance parties…a giant octopus puppet. Theatrical and sensory elements will change from week to week. This class is recommended for kids 2-5 years old. Class includes open play time.

Baby Boot Camp
