Booking & Scheduling Instructions

To schedule your bridal, event, or eyebrow makeup appointment, please follow the steps below:

1. Select Your Service:

Choose from bridal makeup, event makeup, or eyebrow services. You’ll find detailed descriptions and pricing for each service to help you decide.

2. Choose Your Date & Time:

Select your preferred date and time. For bridal makeup, please book as far in advance as possible to secure availability.

3. Payment & Confirmation:

Payment is required to secure your booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details and any additional costs included.

4. Confirm Location:

Please provide the address of your venue or the location where services will be required via email to hello@alzanibeauty.com.

• Included Travel: Bridal bookings include 10 miles of travel from CT13 9HP

5. Additional Charges:

Additional charges will be charged in person upon delivery of services and taken via card payment.

Additional charges will include:

• Additional Travel Charges: For journeys over 10 miles (each way), a fee of 60p per mile will be added to your final payment.

• Extended Journeys: If travel exceeds one hour, additional fees will apply. Should overnight accommodation be required due to time constraints, this will be discussed and arranged prior to booking.

• Any parking fees, congestion charges, or other travel-related costs will be added to the final payment.

• For Bank Holiday bookings, an additional charge of £40 will apply.
