If you have any of the following conditions, you will need to provide a doctor’s note before receiving services:

• Diabetes

• Autoimmune diseases

• Blood disorders

• Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments

• Taking blood-thinning medications

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

If you have a history of cold sores and are booking a lip service, you will need to take an antiviral medication prior to your appointment. Please consult with your doctor if you have any other health concerns that may affect your ability to safely receive permanent makeup services.

Previous Permanent Makeup:

If you have had previous permanent makeup done, please send clear, well-lit photos of the area to info@allfaceandco.com before booking. This will help us determine whether we can work over the existing pigment or if a removal session is needed.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will allow you to reschedule with no penalty.

• No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full when booking a new appointment.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
