Upon booking, please be sure to look at my location. Prices are firm, no negotiations. Arrive with dirty hair and no hairstyles (if you arrive with your hair done without adding on a take down, you will be charged the full take down price of $50). Wigs, frontals, and closures must be dropped off at least 24 hours before your appointment, if you are receiving highlights or color, you MUST bring in your hair no less than 96 hours before your appointment). I do not work over previous installations. Dirty wigs will be turned away & you must reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable; please contact me for rescheduling, Clients are entitled to one reschedule per full-service booking. If multiple services (e.g., takedown + wig install) are booked together, they must be rescheduled as a single appointment, not separately. Once a reschedule is used, any further changes will require a new booking and deposit. Upcharge fees apply due to high booking; if this is an issue, please choose another stylist. If you're in a rush, please find another stylist; I will not rush any services.

Please keep your head straight during your appointment; if l turn your head, do not return it to the previous position. This helps ensure styles turn out correctly and efficiently (this also ensures that my partings are coming out correctly). When showing inspiration videos, I will do my best to duplicate the look, but results may vary. Appointment times are estimates; actual duration may fluctuate based on hair length and texture of the client's hair. If you're getting extension braids, please arrive with patience. My braiding may seem slow, but l prioritize quality over speed. Any appointment before opening is considered an early morning appointment and incurs an additional $30 fee. Early appointments are only available on some Fridays and every Saturday-Sunday.

Monday and Wednesday are reserved for VIP clients only. To become a VIP client, you must have booked with me 10 times. Feel free to reach out with any questions when booking. ALL clients must pay through the booking site at the end of the appointment.

Unless you have reached out to me 1 hour in advance. There is a 10-minute grace period; after 15 minutes, a $20 late fee applies. After 20 minutes, it's considered a no-show, resulting in a reschedule. Policies cannot be changed; please book according to your schedule. No-show charges cannot be adjusted.
