Here is some information to make the booking process and your appointment time easier for you.

Booking Your Appointment: Please select the service you wish to book, then choose a date and time that works best for you. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, feel free to book a consultation appointment with me to help you choose or contact me at info@downtoearthhealth.co.uk.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 2-3 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process. Earlier than this and I may still be doing my clean down from the previous client. For online sessions, ensure you are logged in and ready 2-3 minutes early and consider what you want to cover during our session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

New Clients: If this is your first appointment, please complete the intake form that will be sent to you via email after booking. This helps me prepare for your session and tailor it to your needs.

Preparation: For in-person appointments, wear comfortable clothing, and for kinesiology sessions, remember you remain fully clothed throughout. For online appointments, have a quiet, comfortable space ready free from interruptions.

Special Requests: If you have any specific questions or needs, don’t hesitate to reach out before your session.
