Terms & Conditions for Dog Training Package Orders

By purchasing a training package from Hard Nose K9 Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:

Full Payment or Payment Plan: You have the option to pay for your package in full or to select a payment plan for applicable packages. Payment plans are split into two installments, with the first payment due at the time of booking and the second payment due before the third or fifth lesson of the 5 or 8-lesson packages, respectively.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund for your package before the first lesson is completed (or the first lesson of the first half of the training if using a payment plan). Once the first lesson is completed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the lessons are used or not.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify within 24 hours may result in the loss of that lesson.

Scheduling Policy:

Lesson Scheduling: Lessons may be scheduled at the client’s convenience, subject to availability. There is no time limit for using the lessons in your package, and you may complete them at your own pace.

Liability Waiver:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of your dog during training sessions. You agree to release Hard Nose K9 Services and its staff from any liability for injury or damage that may occur during training sessions.
Dog Behavior: You are responsible for ensuring that your dog is physically and emotionally prepared for the training sessions. If your dog is aggressive or exhibits behaviors that may pose a risk to others, training may be suspended or adjusted for safety.

Agreement:

By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them. You also agree that this contract may be enforced by Hard Nose K9 Services and that no modifications to these terms will be accepted unless made in writing.
