Cancellation Policy:

Clients must provide at least 4-hour notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or via our online booking platform. All communication must be received at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the appointment, a late cancellation fee of $20 will be charged.

No Shows: If a client does not show up for their appointment without providing any notice, a no-show fee of $45 will be charged. Exemptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to enforce this cancellation policy strictly. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
