Hello!
Thank you for choosing our team of experts to help you with your upcoming project.
If we’re meeting via Zoom, please ensure you’re in a stationary, well-lit, and quiet space. For your safety, we cannot conduct Zoom sessions while you’re driving. We know everyone is busy, so if you need to connect via Bluetooth in your car, we can switch to a regular phone line to continue our conversation.
If we’re meeting in person for the first time—whether to discuss a project, conduct a one-on-one, or lead a group training or fitness session—please bring a photo ID for everyone's safety in case of a medical emergency. A school ID or library card will suffice; it doesn’t need to be government-issued. However, if we’re meeting for a personal training session, having your address on file and an emergency contact would be beneficial in the event that EMS needs to be called. You’ll also be required to sign a waiver annually.
FAQs
What do you mean by The Bones?
The Bones refers to discussing the basic structure or layout of an idea, setting the foundation before diving deeper. If more time is needed to fully explore and develop your project, please select "The Crown Jewels" for a more detailed session.
Can I extend my time if we have more to discuss?
If there's availability, you're welcome to extend your time. We will ensure payment is submitted before the extension is approved.
What happens if I'm late or can't make it?
We value our time and are sure you do too. Please log into Zoom 5 minutes before our scheduled meeting. We will wait up to 10 minutes after the start time for you or your group to join. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule, and the payment is non-refundable or transferrable.
If this is an in-person meet-up, training or coaching session the same rules apply.
After two missed appointments, we reserve the right to reconsider if you are a good fit for our services.
