Together, we will establish three clear goals, brainstorm solutions, and use visualization to shape a realistic action plan for each. We’ll introduce mindfulness and meditation, reflect on your values, and review your past successes and failures. After initial goal-setting, additional sessions will focus on refining these plans, checking in on progress, and making adjustments as needed. Each session includes personalized self-research and ongoing coach support for sustained growth.
