Contraindications for Spinal Energetics Level One and Transformational Breathwork

Please note that these practices are not suitable for individuals with the following conditions or circumstances:


  • Pregnancy: First and final trimester, or within six months postpartum

  • Age restrictions: Children under 12 years old or adults over 75 years old

  • Mental health conditions: Diagnosed severe PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis

  • Medication: Currently taking medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (e.g., antidepressants, anti-anxiety, or antipsychotics)

  • Physical health concerns:

    • Recent injuries, fractures, or surgeries

    • Epilepsy or a history of seizures

    • History or diagnosis of aneurysms

    • Cardiovascular problems, heart disease, or heart conditions

    • Severe asthma



  • Psychiatric history:

    • Hospitalization for a psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years



  • Other conditions:

    • Severe medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that could impair your ability to safely participate in practices involving physical and/or emotional release



Additionally, Spinal Energetics practitioners cannot treat anyone under the influence of illicit substances or plant medicine.
