**PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: At Balanced Health, we understand that life happens. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee, as this time has been reserved especially for you. Thank you for respecting our time and the care we provide to all of our clients.
Cancellation Policy:
- The first time you are 15 minutes or more late, miss an appointment altogether, or do not cancel within 24 hours or more of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment you are scheduled for.
- The second time you are 15 minutes or more late, miss an appointment altogether, or do not cancel within 24 hours or more of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment you are scheduled for.
- The third time you are 15 minutes or more late, miss an appointment altogether, or do not cancel within 24 hours or more of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment you are scheduled for and you will need to prepay for future appointments at least 24 hours before your schedule appointment.
