Check your schedule and be sure you can commit to the session time you choose. Our training slots fill quickly, and we want to maximize every athlete’s opportunity to train.
Review Our Policies
⚠️ Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
⚠️ Late Arrival: Athletes arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to properly warm-up on own before joining session.
⚠️ What to Bring: Cleats (Outdoor turf) Trainers/Sneakers (Indoor turf), Water (bring own when outside, fountains available inside), and work ethic!
4. Complete Any Required Waivers
All athletes must have a signed waiver on file before training. If this is your first session, be sure to complete your waiver during booking.
