Membership Agreement
LaserPrecision Membership Club

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is effective as of the date of acceptance by the member (the "Member") through the LaserPrecision Membership Club ("LPMC") website, LaserPrecisionMC.com, operated by Top Shot Firearms Simulator, Inc., with a business address at 1125 E. Brookside Avenue, Suite C-2, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202. By agreeing to the terms and conditions during membership registration, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

By checking the box to accept this Membership Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

LPMC is a social club that provides Members with access to facilities and services offered by Top Shot Firearms Simulator, Inc. Membership benefits include, but are not limited to, monthly usage preferences and discounts on LaserPrecision products and services. The benefits provided are determined by the level of membership selected and paid for, as outlined in the LaserPrecision Membership Club terms of service.

2. User Registration and Information

Members must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and are responsible for updating their Member profile promptly if any changes occur.

3. Release

If a dispute arises between the Member and LPMC or between the Member and another Member, the Member releases LPMC (including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in connection with such disputes.

4. Privacy

LPMC will not sell or rent Member’s personal information to third parties without explicit consent. Member information will be stored and processed on secure servers in the United States. LPMC reserves the right to access and modify Member information as needed for the administration of membership services.

5. Indemnity

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold LPMC (including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising from the Member’s breach of this Agreement, violation of any law, or infringement of any third party’s rights.

6. No Agency

This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship between the Member and LPMC.

7. Term and Termination of Membership

Membership is effective for one year from the date of activation. Members may request early termination, subject to review by LPMC management. If benefits utilized exceed the payments made, a surcharge may be applied. For annual memberships, refunds will be calculated based on benefits used and the time remaining in the membership term. LPMC will communicate any applicable fees or refunds promptly.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

9. Arbitration

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Limitation of Liability

LPMC and Top Shot Firearms Simulator, Inc. are not liable for the actions, content, or inactions of other Members.
