*Booking Policy:

  • All reservations can be canceled or re-scheduled prior to 24 hours of your appointment start time.
  • A 50% refund (no full refunds) will be issued for any cancelation prior to 24 hours of your appointment start time. No refunds will be issued if canceled less than 24 hours of the start of your appointment.
  • An appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 (TWO) times before it is eligible for automatic cancelation.
