      This service includes a full body assisted stretch. The service in it's entirety can last from 45-50 mins.

    • 20 Min Assisted Stretch

      20 minutes @ $50.00

      This service is a short session for 20 minutes. The focus is one body region. Best when you are short on time or you have an area you would like to focus on between full body stretches.

    • Health Tutoring

      30 minutes @ $35.00

      This service is health and wellness tutoring. You will pass the test of a healthy life. Purposed for setting and achieving goal, education, and set new habits.
