How to Schedule Your Session with RefinedFitness

Step 1: Choose Your Service


  • Visit the RefinedFitness Scheduling Page to explore available services.

  • Select the service that best suits your needs, such as:

    • Personal Training Packages
    • House Calls

    • Small-Group Bootcamp Sessions



Step 2: Pick a Date and Time


  • Use the interactive calendar to view available time slots.

  • Select your preferred date and time.

  • For bootcamp sessions, check the schedule to see the fixed times.

Step 3: Create an Account or Log In


  • If you're a first-time client, create an account to manage your bookings and access resources.

  • Returning clients can simply log in to their account.

Step 4: Confirm Your Booking


  • Review the session details.

  • Make sure to double-check your selected date, time, and service.

  • Click “Confirm Booking” to proceed.

Step 5: Make Payment


  • Payment methods only include direct bank transfers.

Step 6: Receive Your Confirmation


  • Once payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email or notification with all the session details.

  • Add the session to your calendar directly from the email.

Rescheduling or Cancelling


  • Log into your account, navigate to your Appointments, and select the session you’d like to modify.

  • Changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
