Payment

- Full session price must be paid in advance upon booking.

Scheduling

- All session dates must be scheduled in advance at the time of purchase.

- A 4-session bundle must be used within 60 days of the first booked session.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

- Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24-hour notice by either party. No-shows or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being treated as a non-refundable cancellation.

- Clients must arrive within 15 minutes (before or after) of the scheduled appointment time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation.

Refund Policy

- No refunds will be provided for unused sessions or cancellations outside the rescheduling policy once payment is made and sessions are scheduled.

- No refunds will be provided after a session has taken place.

Waiver of Liability

- I understand that Pilates involves physical movement and exercise, and I participate voluntarily at my own risk. I release and discharge Pilates With Cris and Cristiana Wallace from any claims or liabilities related to injuries or health issues arising from my participation in sessions.

Privacy and Data Consent

- I consent to the collection and use of my personal information for the purpose of providing personalized pilates training.
