The Search and Call coaching package includes monthly video calls to help you discern a new place of ministry with the added benefit of resume referrals. During these calls, we prepare you for the search process, help you practice interviewing, guide you in negotiations, and remind you to finish well and start strong.
- Weekly Intensive

Weekly video calls to lead you toward a time-sensitive goal. The Weekly Intensive package keeps you organized on finishing a specific project like re-branding your church, preparing a sermon series arch, updating important church documents, implementing a comprehensive discipleship plan, setting a new policy in place, or planning a church-wide event you’ve dreamed up.
We value your time and want to ensure a seamless scheduling experience. Please follow these steps to book your coaching sessions:
- Book Your Appointment or Add a Coaching Package to your Cart - Choose the coaching package that best fits your needs.
- Schedule Your Session(s) - Click the date that works best for your schedule to see the available times. A drop-down box will appear with several options. Most of our clients choose "Select and add another time" to book all their sessions in advance. When you've finished making your selections, click "Continue" and enter your information. Once you're done, click "Complete Appointment."
- Confirm Your Booking - You will receive an email confirmation with your session details. Save these emails since they include your session's Google Meet link and important reminders. All coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meet for your convenience.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations - If you need to make a change, simply use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
