The Shield Method

It's Simple. We are elite people. Time is our value.

You must book 48 hours in advance. No cancellations or rescheduling within this time period. No exceptions. Full payment required prior to any session and refunds are never allowed except for exigent circumstances. You must purchase a new session if you cancel or reschedule within this time period.

If you are late it is your time. You can pay for an additional time block (see, "Policies" for more information) at the discretion of the bodyworker. Otherwise you forfeit the time you were not present for. No exceptions. We also reserve the right to cancel a session for lateness after 20 minutes. Please practice courtesy and notify your bodyworker if you are running late.

    • The Consultation

      45 minutes @ $100.00

      $50.00 of this fee is credited to any following session. Credit expires after 15 days after the consultation no exceptions.

    • The Massage

      1 hour 30 minutes @ $250.00

      The best massage you will ever experience. Mixed techniques-utilization. Plan the day for your rest as this massage will restore your body and remind it that rest is just as important as professional growth. Minimum 90 minutes.

    • The Bodywork Session

      2 hours @ $350.00
