- Choose Your Program: First, select the training program or bundle that best fits your goals (30-minute sessions, 60-minute sessions, etc.).
- Set Your Schedule: Once we find a time that works for you, we’ll lock it in! I recommend booking your sessions a week in advance to secure your spot and maintain consistency.
- Prepare for Success: Once your sessions are scheduled, you’ll receive all the details you need to get the most out of your training. This might include any pre-session instructions, forms to complete, or recommendations for warming up.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand that sometimes schedules change. However, to ensure that we make the most of our time together and accommodate other clients, I ask for a 15-hour cancellation notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 15 hours of your scheduled session, a cancellation fee may apply, or the session may be forfeited.
- No-Show: If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be lost.
