Policies
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final balance and must be paid to secure your appointment.
Customization and Wig Drop-Off
Bleaching and plucking are included in the installation service. Wigs must be dropped off at least two days before your appointment to allow for proper preparation. If same-day customization is required, there is an additional $20 fee, and wigs must be dropped off at least four hours prior to your appointment time.
Hair Preparation
Clients must arrive with their hair fully braided down. Braiding services are not provided!!!!!!!!!: Make Sure braids are fine all back for flat install, so please ensure this is done prior to your appointment.
Styling Add-Ons
Basic styling (straight, natural curls, or braids) is included in your service. For wand curls or crimps, there is an additional $7 styling fee that will be added to your total. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add these styles.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Guest Policy
No extra guests are allowed during appointments. This policy helps maintain a professional and relaxing environment for all clients.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once per deposit if proper notice is given.
Refunds and Touch-Ups
All services are final sale, and NO REFUNDS will be provided once services are completed. If you experience any issues with your installation within 72 hours, we may offer a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.
