Service Delivery Options

The services provided by the practitioner are to be delivered via Google Meet.

Collaborative Coaching Relationship

Throughout the working relationship, the practitioner will engage in direct and personal conversations with the client. Successful coaching requires a co-active collaborative approach between the client and the practitioner. In this coaching relationship, the practitioner acts as a facilitator of change, but it is the client’s responsibility to enact or bring about the change.

If the client believes that the coaching is not working as desired, they should communicate this to ensure the best possible outcomes from the coaching. If, after the first session, the client feels that the working relationship is not a match for them, they may discontinue the package and will only be required to pay for the original consultation fee.

Commitment

The EFT Tapping Package requires a commitment to completing the program. This includes using the package at least once per week for the six-month period from the date of purchase.

Package Validity

Packages of 3 and 5 sessions must be used within 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Booking and Cancellation

Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being counted as used. In the event of a no-show, the session will be counted as used.

Refund Policy

If you have not used the EFT Tapping Package, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be given. Discount packages are non-transferable. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Eflowtion Support Services.

Session Delivery

Sessions will be conducted online via video conferencing unless otherwise agreed upon. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection for online sessions.

Use of Package

Sessions included in a package cannot be shared or transferred to another individual. Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions at regular intervals to achieve the best results.

Health Disclaimer

The EFT Tapping Package is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We recommend that you consult with your physician before beginning any new program, especially if you have a history of mental health conditions or other serious health issues.

Confidentiality

All information shared during EFT Tapping Package sessions will be kept confidential. However, if we believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, we may be required to disclose information to appropriate authorities.

Payment

Payment for the EFT Tapping Package is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment by Stripe online payment integration.

Modifications to Terms

Eflowtion Support Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
