Book a home visit by our IT engineer. £65.00 charge includes the first hour labour. Further hours charged at £50.00 per hour (on site) or £40.00 per hour if taken away by the engineer and repaired in the workshop.
- Urgent Home Visit - Same Day
1 hour @ £85.00
Get in touch before 3pm and subject to availability we will come to you same day (this is not a guarantee of a same day fix) every effort will be made to fix your issue during the same day visit.
- Workshop Drop Off
5 minutes
Arrange a date and time to drop off your computer at our workshop at 28 Hagbourne Road, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 8DR. Repairs at the workshop will be priced at £40.00 per hour plus the cost of any parts.
- Remote Call
15 minutes @ £15.00
Arrange a call from an engineer who can talk you through your problem and, if possible can arrange to remote control your computer to fix the issue for you. This service is charged in 15 minute intervals.
