POLICIES
2.) A $50.00 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your treatment.
3.) If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we request a 48-hour notice.
4.) Deposits can be transferred forward up to two times if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled before 48 hours.
5.) Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a $50.00 CAD cancellation fee.
6.) If you need to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours, email us at info@maisonskinboutique.com.
7.) Appointments that arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us will be regarded as a no-show and will be subject to a $50.00 CAD no-show fee.
8.) Review and fill out the consent and preference forms before your appointment.
9.) Clients with moderate to severe skin conditions such as, but not limited to: acne (all types), dermatitis, eczema, general erythema, hyper/hypopigmentation, melasma, sun damage/active sunburns, psoriasis, telangiectasia, rosacea, are required to submit photos by email before booking an appointment for an assessment.
10.) Send us an email if you have any specific acute or chronic conditions or if you require additional assistance.
11.) Due to the nature of our treatments, there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit for treatments rendered. No exceptions.
12.) No refunds for products. No exceptions.
13.) Products are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. The items must be in original condition with the original receipt.
14.) Our address will be provided 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
This location is a residential-based studio.
