You may reschedule your appointment if there's availability but an appointment cannot be rescheduled if it's 24 hours or less before the scheduled meeting time.

In the unlikely scenario that there's some sort of unforeseen issue our end and we're unable to make our appointment time, we will offer you the option of rescheduling or getting your payment refunded.
