✅ Mobile Service: Shine Patrol is fully mobile—I come to you! Please provide a clear, accessible location for the service.

✅ Payment: Payment is collected after the service is completed via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card.

✅ Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message after booking.

✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

✅ Weather Policy: In case of bad weather, appointments may be rescheduled for another available date.
