Circle of Flow – Subscription Terms & Conditions

Receive 2 massages in your first month, then 1 massage per month ongoing
Choose from 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions
Sessions take place at Flow State Holistic Therapies
Unused sessions roll over and never expire while your subscription is active
If you cancel, rolled-over sessions remain valid for 60 days
You can cancel at any time, with no penalties
Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed automatically on your sign-up date
You may pause your subscription for up to 2 months per calendar year (email to request)
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being counted as used
Subscription massages are non-transferable
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
Flow State reserves the right to end a subscription in cases of repeated late cancellations or misuse

Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
Can be used for any massage session available at Flow State Holistic Therapies
If the treatment exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at time of booking
Vouchers are transferable (can be gifted), but may not be resold
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the voucher being marked as used
Vouchers must be redeemed during booking using the code provided

Massage Bundle – Terms & Conditions

Massage bundles are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
Bundles offer discounted rates for advance bookings
All sessions must be used within the validity period; no extensions or refunds for unused sessions
Bundles are for the named client only, unless gifted in full at time of purchase
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being counted as used
Once a session from the bundle is used, the bundle becomes non-refundable
