Please consider the following before booking your appointment:

Flat, Accessible Area

Our technicians will need a flat, accessible parking area with enough room for setup (& access to water or power, if required). Bonus points if it's not under a tree that rains sap or bird bombs! If space is tight, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly (or practice our yoga moves).

Removal of Personal Belongings

Please ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to the appointment start time. Pro tip: the less we have to dodge your clutter, the more time we spend making your car look awesome.

Extra Fees Disclaimer

If your ride requires extra TLC - think excessive pet hair, deep stains, or evidence of a snack explosion - we may need to charge a little extra. Don't worry, we'll give you a heads-up before we dive in. After all, miracles take time, & time is money!

Late Cancellation Policy

Life happens - we get it. But if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we might have to charge a late cancellation fee (usually around $50). So, if you need to bail, just give us a heads-up at least a day in advance!

Weather Disclaimer

Finally, we're not afraid of a little drizzle, but torrential downpours or blizzards aren't exactly detailing-friendly. If Mother Nature gets moody, we'll work with you to reschedule. Trust us, your car deserves better than a half-baked detail in gale-force winds.
