Step 3: Once you have submitted the form, its not official yet! We will email you within 48 hours approving your booking request by sending you a contract along with a payment request. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive a signed contract and payment.
**We do not offer refunds, however we understand things come up. You may reschedule your appointment in the confirmation email you received when you booked, or by contacting us with a 96 hour (4 Day) notice. You must reschedule within 90 days.
