How It Works – Your First Order

For your first order, simply place all your dirty laundry in a trash bag and leave it on your front porch. Our team will pick it up, wash, dry, and neatly fold your clothes. When we return them the next day, they’ll be delivered in a reusable Mountain Laundry bag, which you’ll use for all future pickups.

Scheduling & Pick-Up Times

When scheduling your pick-up, you can select a time between 12 PM – 5 PM, but please note that this is a pickup window, not an exact time. We will arrive within that timeframe to collect your laundry and return it to you the next day, fresh and ready to wear!
