We strive at Idylwild Yoga and Healing arts to offer you the best experience possible. It is always best to not have anything to eat at least an hour prior to your session. It is suggested that staying hydrated before and after you session will also enhance your experience.

Scarborough office days are Tuesdays through Fridays. Surry office days are limited to a few weekends throughout the year with limited weekday availability during June, July, and August.
I require a 48 hour cancelation notification. Any appointment that is canceled within the 48 hour period will require full compensation. Thank you for your understanding!
