Before you make your appointment make sure you have the following documents to bring to the appointment.
- Copy of SS Cards of all the people in the tax return.
- Copy of Driver's License of taxpayer and spouse
- All your income tax documents (W-2, 1099, etc.)
- Form 1098T if claiming college expenses.
- Total paid for daycare, provider and the daycare provider's tax identifying number such as their Social Security number or business Employer Identification Number
- Forms 1095-A, B, or C – Health insurance
- Business expenses if applicable
- Bank Account number and routing number if you would like direct deposit.
- A working phone.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
