This hour-long remote appointment offers the opportunity to deep-dive into our course of study. (Please note: if you are a new student, go back and choose the INTAKE option from the remote appointments menu.) You can see my weekly availability by selecting this option.

This session is appropriate for those seeking a 60 minute yoga therapy at my Vista Yoga location. This is my recommended standard lesson time for those in continuing care.

This 45 minute session is appropriate for established clients only, who seek a briefer 'check-in' further to their ongoing work.
