Join Yael as she guides us through self-directed myofascial release (aka tennis ball massage!), yin and journaling--all through a lens of compassion. Please have a tennis ball (or similar sized ball), any props that you find supportive (blankets and pillows work just fine), a notebook and your favorite pen.
