Our Energy Work begins with us dropping into a meditative state. I'll ask your higher self and your guides for guidance and areas to focus on, and then send healing or energy work based on what I see in your system.

We'll finish the session with a brief chat. If any insights come through, as sometimes they do, I will share them at that time.
