If you have already met with me for a consultation, but haven't had a full session, please choose a "First Session" version of the type of appointment you would like so you will have access to the paperwork that is required before we can begin.

I need to receive your completely filled out paperwork (including direct phone numbers for your nearest hospital and police department) and payment 24 hours before your appointment time. If not, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Continuing clients: Please choose a "Continuing" version of the type of appointment you would like.

Please know that by booking an appointment here, you are asking for that appointment time. I will do my best for you to get that appointment time. If you are unable to find a suitable time, please let me know. I may have other options available.
