Bookings from April 2022 are not open yet. If you would like to be notified via email 24-48 hours before a certain date has opened, you can add yourself to my waitlist for that date! If your desired date is booked out or unavailable, you can add yourself to my cancellation list.
MAKEUP CANCELLATION POLICY:A $50 deposit is required for all makeup appointments. The deposit paid by the client upon booking is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE to another date. If you need to cancel an appointment, please send me an email to let me know, but please understand that I am unable to transfer your deposit back to you.
COVID-19 POLICY: if the Australian government once again deems it unsafe for beauty services to be performed due to the current pandemic, I will unfortunately be unable to offer refunds on deposits, however all clients who are booked in will be issued with a credit on their deposit so that it can be used towards another appointment in the future. I DO NOT OFFER CREDITS FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE NOT COVID RELATED.
LASH EXTENSION CANCELLATION POLICY: A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all lash extension appointments. If you need to cancel/reschedule your lash appointment, you will not receive this deposit back, however you are welcome to use it for another date granted that you have cancelled no less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour period before your appointment, you will need to pay another $20 towards your new booking.REFILLS: Refill appointments will need to be booked every 2-3 weeks. If you have had your lashes on for 28 days or more, you will need to book a full set. All clients MUST have at least 50% of their extensions remaining for it to be classified as a refill. Anything less than 50% will be charged as a full set. If you have lash extensions on from another lash tech, please wait for these lashes to fall out naturally or schedule a removal with me. I ONLY refill my own work - I don't refill other lash techs work.
