The Edgewater High School screening will take place October 12, 2023 from 7:30 am to 2 pm at 3100 Edgewater Dr, Orlando, FL 32804 in Building 12.
**This screening will be open to Edgewater High School students only!**
Please complete the required consent form and pay online.
Registration for this event will close at 7 PM the evening before.
Participants should refrain from physical activity at least 20 minutes before their appointment time.
