Please DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT WITHOUT A CONSULTATION. AT THIS TIME I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR STARTER LOCS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. My goal is to provide you with the utmost professional experience. With that being said, I have placed into effect policies and procedures that will need to be followed in order to book with me. These agreements are to respect both my time and your time you have allotted to receive service. PLEASE NOTE due to the unfortunate ongoing COVID-19 virus, if you are experiencing ANY symptoms 48 hours or less prior to your appointment you will need to cancel! I kindly ask you take into consideration my health and wellness. All cancellations will show available on this booking page as they come in. I do not “squeeze in” appointment times. I like to respect the service time allotted for each client. I try my absolute best to stay on schedule with all clients. Please find all policies and procedures below. I am so grateful you have trusted me to service your crown. Thank you! ☮️❤️💫

• Location Address will be sent out 24 hours prior to appointment time.!
• You must book your loc services according to your loc count. Please be prepared to pay an additional charge if your loc count exceeds what you booked for.
• Hair must be at least 4-5 inches long for Starter Loc's or Loc reattachments.
• Hair must be at minimum 8-10 inches for Instant Locs.
• If you are booking loc reattachment or instant loc services, you need to book at 8:00am on the day of your choosing so that the entire day can be blocked off.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking for Starter Loc Services and Instant Loc Services! This deposit is to secure your appointment and the remainder of the service is to be paid after service is complete. I only accept cash or Square card reader as forms of payment upon completion of your service.
• A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all other services! This deposit is to secure your appointment and the remainder of the service is to be paid after service is complete. I only accept cash or Square Card reader as forms of payment upon completion of your service.
• You must be 18 or older to book. (Parent’s please book for your minor).
• YOU MUST ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SLOT! IF you are more than 10 mins late and have not communicated with me either via text or call, your appointment WILL BE CANCELED! You will also run the risk of increased deposit or being unable to schedule with me in the future. (COMMUNICATION IS KEY)
• Touch up’s or repair’s (at no fault of my services rendered) are not permitted 2 days post your original appointment time. After this 2nd-day period you will pay a fee.
• Absolutely NO extra guest will be allowed during your allotted time of service! The only exception to this is if you are a parent bringing your minor for services.
• If you need to cancel your appointment it must be done 24 hours prior to appointment time! PLEASE UNDERSTAND that if you do not cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hour mark, you WILL BE CHARGED the full amount of the service you selected at booking even though a deposit was made. This payment will be collected by payment method you used to book your appointment. If funds are not available, you will not be able to book with Goldie Loc’s anymore. (FYI when booking again for a future appointment you will still have to pay deposit and full amount after services are rendered
• Absolutely NO REFUNDS for any advance appointments made. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• No call/No shows will not be allowed to book any future appointments with Goldie Loc’s

By booking, you agree to have your pictures used for promotional purposes. (website /social media etc.)
