Thank you for booking with Heavenly Hands Clinic. Due to the amount of last minute cancellations and clients failing to show for appointments, we are requiring that all clients pay the cancellation fee upfront. This fee will be deducted from the final cost of your session. If the appointment is a no call no show your deposit will be applied to your cancellation fee which is the total of the session that was scheduled.
By scheduling the appointment and paying the deposit you agree to full cost of the session if it is a no call no show appointment, rescheduled more than twice or cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the appointment scheduled time and date.
