Booking Instructions:
All clients are required to choose a basic or premium package that fits their project needs. You'll then be directed to make a 50% deposit along with signing a professional agreement to secure your booking date. A 50% deposit is required for all client projects and are non-refundable due to limited availability.
No other reservations will be made on this day. We are aware that life events do occur and we will honor one schedule change at $149. Please ensure that the date you've chose is perfect for you to avoid higher schedule change fees.
If there is inclement weather, a serious emergency, or client is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms we will reschedule immediately w/o penalty.
Confirmed Appointments:
If your appointment is secured and confirmed your payment will be due 1 day prior to your booking date via invoice or the booking website and due immediately. Failure to delay payment will result in a cancellation and loss of deposit.
Preparation Instructions:
Clients are required to arrive photo-shoot ready (Hair, Makeup, Clothes). We take pride in starting on time and advise for clients to be timely and consider traffic ahead of your booking time. Session clients that are late beyond 30 minutes will forfeit payment for the session.
Project Delivery:
Clients will receive a digital gallery from Dropbox with selected prints within 24-72 hours and edited selections 7-14 days after selection. Next Level Images retains all the rights to each photo and your prints can not be altered unless approved by management. We appreciate our clients being patient through this process.
