Directions to the studio:

• By cab: Drive all the way in to the estate past the basement carpark and drop off at lift 19
• By car: There is basement parking available within the estate, please park near lift 19
• By bus/train: Look for lift 19, located near the exit of the estate (next to a big minimart & car shop

Note that we only accept reschedules 48 hours before your session, any urgent reschedules are subject to the Studio's discretion.

Reschedule your session through the system via your confirmation email, or by dropping us a WhatsApp at 8023 7217.

No-shows may be charged a rescheduling fee to make a new appointment.

For Tufting: If you are coming with a friend, please place separate bookings as we need to ensure the name and addresses are accurate.
