We specialize in both makeup and hair services, offering everything from bridal makeup and special event glam to hair installs, faux locs, and more. Early morning or late-night, we’re ready to accommodate your schedule and make you feel your best.

PAYMENT & POLICIES

Payments:

• We accept both cash and card payments for services.
• A non-refundable 20% booking deposit is due at booking
• To ensure comfort and relaxation for all, no additional guests, children, or pets are allowed during your visit.

Appointment Timing:

• We recommend arriving at your scheduled time. While we cannot guarantee service for early arrivals, we will accommodate you if a seat is available.

Lateness:

• We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and your booking fee forfeited.
• Please notify us 72 hours in advance for rescheduling.

Rescheduling:

• To reschedule, please use the original confirmation email or call us. Rescheduling is only available within the current booking period.

No Call No Show:

• Failure to communicate will result in booking restrictions and full payment required for future appointments.
• A second instance of no call no show will result in no future appointment bookings.
